In any case, if your merchandise arrives defective, or damaged, kindly get in touch with us with genuine reasons. You can call us or email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Otherwise, your request won’t be granted for return & exchange. We’ll consider the manufacturing defects and damages and arrange the replacement of that damaged product with a good one.

Please note that, once an order is delivered, money can’t be refunded. We’ll exchange the defected product as per genuine request.
